Rating: 9/10

Overall: From the previews, I was a little upset because they made it seem like the first and second films weren’t going to connect. So in that aspect—after watching the film—I was pleasantly surprised, and satisfied. While some parts were quite confusing, as far as the timeline of events, it was an overall good film. As far as “horror,” I felt it slipped a bit. Sure, there are parts that make you jump. But the actual moments of horror were to a minimum. I think the lady with the black veil (or man, I guess, depending how you look at it) was the scariest.
